Georef |Mosaic

These examples demonstrate working with aerial imagery of National Wildlife Refuges from various decades to georeference and mosiac the images. This project was performed as part of a joint effort between the Center for Spatial Analysis and Research (CSAR) and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Pacific Region Lands Division/ Refuge Information Branch. The resulting outputs allowed U.S. Fish and Wildlife to compare the refuge conditions and land acquisition over time. Click on the images below for greater detail in each refuge composition.
